Pop Up Shop Vendor Registration
Thank you for your interest in being one of our vendors. Vendors will be assigned in the order of registration, so don’t delay, sign up today.
Date and Time of the event is Saturday, May 6, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. CDT.
Location: Tougaloo College soccer field
- The registration fee of $50.00 secures a designated space for your shop.
- The designated space shall be no greater than 10 feet by 10 feet.
- No electricity will be provided
- TCNAA will NOT provide any staging, only space. Please be prepared to bring your own table, chairs, tent, etc.
- Set-up the morning of the event. Alumni are invited to begin setting up their spaces at 10:00 am and the event runs from 11:00 am to 3:30 pm.
- Tougaloo College has established a trade agreement that prohibits any merchandise with its name and/or logos to be printed and sold without a vendor’s license. Contact Dr. Whitney McDowell-Robinson (601-977-7815 or wmcdowell@tougaloo.edu) if you are interested in becoming an approved vendor. Otherwise, please avoid using any Tougaloo related images.
- There are certain images that are related to TCNAA that can be used. Contact us if you have any questions about what may be allowed BEFORE printing.
WAIVER/RELEASE
I have read the TCNAA Kickback at the ‘Loo Specifications above and accept these conditions. In consideration of my application to participate as a TCNAA KickBack Pop-Up vendor being accepted, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs and assigns, and my estate, hereby waive and forever discharge Tougaloo College, the Tougaloo College National Alumni Association, Inc. the sponsors, organizers, affiliates and their agents and employees from any and all claims that may accrue as the result of my participation.
