Sylvia Woodard, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CPA, is a Life Member of TCNAA and its current Treasurer. She attained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Tougaloo in 2002 and earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Jackson State University in 2003.

Over the span of her 20-year career with Trustmark, Sylvia has branded herself as a leader and trusted collaborator, known for integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence and accountability. She currently leads the company’s initiatives on incentive programs and policies in her role as Vice President and Incentive Compensation Manager.

Sylvia is a member of various professional associations relevant to her field such as World at Work Total Rewards Association, Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), and Capital Area Human Resources Association (CAHRA).

Sylvia was a Fall 1999 initiate into the Gamma Omicron Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and in her spare time, she dedicates her time to volunteer across a range of roles and initiatives within her church and community.
