Tougaloo’s Night at the Civil Rights Museum

You are invited to join the Tougaloo 2020 Student Center Team for a Reception at the Civil Rights Museum as we highlight Tougaloo’s contributions to the Civil Rights Movement followed by a tour of the Museum. This event marks the first alumni driven fundraiser in Jackson, Mississippi to generate funds in support of a new State-of-the-Art Student Center and Honors Residence Hall on Tougaloo’s Campus. Contributions to the Student Center are Tax deductible to the Fullest Extent of the Law.

Museum Group Admission Fee: $6.00 Per Person.  Make reservations online or download the mail-in order form below.  Payment deadline: funds for the event must be received by May 2, 2018. The Museum does not allow collection of funds on the museum property.

Make A Contributions to the 2020 Student Center:

  • Navigate to the College donation portal via the “Click Here To Make A Donation” link on the left.
  • In the “Gift Information” section enter Amount, Select: “2020 Student Center.”
  • Enter “TNCRM” in the memo field.
  • Continue to the “Donor & Payment Information” and submit.

Cash, credit card or check; Outright gifts also can be made by the transfer of marketable securities, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds and other property. Pledge commitments: payment of gifts may be made over one to three years. All pledges must be confirmed in writing through a contribution agreement form (see attached) and fulfilled by cash, check, credit card, direct deposit, or gifts of marketable securities.

*No entry tickets can be purchased during our event. Persons are welcome to purchase directly from the Museum before it closes and join us but they will not get the group discount.
