TCNAA election ballots will be mailed to all current (dues paid) TCNAA members and all 2008 Tougaloo graduates as of
April 1, 2009.
Two envelopes will be mailed with each ballot, the Ballot Only Envelope and the TCNAA Pre-Addressed Envelope.
In order for a ballot to be counted, it must meet the following qualifications:

The completed ballot must be placed inside the,
Ballot Only envelope. Do not sign the ballot.
The Ballot Only Envelope, must be placed inside the TCNAA Pre-Addressed Envelope.
The TCNAA Pre-Addressed Envelope must be signed in the designated space near the flap of the envelope and sealed.
The TCNAA Pre-Addressed Envelope must be returned or posted marked on or before April 30, 2009.

The 2008 – 2009 Annual Fund (1869 Fund) goal is $1,000,000.00. Let’s make this campaign year a GREAT success by surpassing our goal. Let’s pledge to work diligently and wisely to continue to strengthen the our Alma Mater, the one we love – this year, next year, and for decades to come. Let’s make that extra effort to help the EAGLE QUEEN soar.
